It is quite an Orwellian definition of “voluntarism” to include a decision by a company to stop promoting or facilitating the commission of a crime. A stark illustration of how far we have deviated from common sense decision-making about internet governance.
It seems similar to how a pathological thief would decide to pause voluntarily after seeing his face on "Wanted" posters at every corner.
