Musicians - on avg - don't deserve this reputation. Virtually no musicians have addressed/are addressing their - and the world's - "fans" regarding the theft of their and others' music. The avg musician is the very definition of pushover in this sense.

We now have a microscopic minority of musicians standing up to big tech - which is necessary and admirable (thank you both to you and David) - but not of the deepest layer of the problem. The deepest layer is the immoral fan and the artist's failure to address them.
