Their human taxi scooped them up moments later and took them to breakfast. They're now protected from the wind and snow with warm mash, water, scratch mix and bedding. I'm on leave so this is my breaking news for the day.

🚱 An emergency water shutdown is currently underway on Strafford Street, Derby Street and 21-25 Denbigh Street in Arrowtown. Contractors are currently on-site and expect to have the water back on by 1.20pm this afternoon. Updates will follow.
