Exact same thing happened to me in a 2022 Tesla Model Y, w/ 1,800 miles, plugged into a Supercharger in LA. The battery pack was fried and had to be replaced.

Anyone buying an EV other than a Tesla... smh. Electrify America is planned obsolescence to discourage people from buying EVs.

Good reason to stick with Tesla. The Tesla Supercharging network just works. Roll up, grab the charger, plug it into the butthole and that's it. So far, for me, it has worked every single time over the past 3 years - I used it on average once a week.
