If they can’t get somebody to subcontract to manufacture them, they will have to build them themselves. Scummy of ULA to try to slow SpaceX down.

I think SpaceX would be okay with not getting the launches that would require at least a 5.4m diameter fairing while they are still developing Super Heavy + Starship.

Still a little crazy. Wonder what they could change so it's not ULA's "intellectual property". If its even possible.
