This looks and feels so different than any other superhero movie I’ve seen (and I feel like many will say it’s what they wish Suicide Squad had been in execution). Full credit to Cathy Yan for that, it’s clear they had a lot of fun making something so different.

I’m pretty sure if you took the total amount of action sequences versus total screen time, this would be one of the highest percentages of action in the modern comic book movie era? Someone do the math for me later plz.

It's being marketed as Harley Quinn featuring superheroes you never heard of before. How's the airtime for the other actresses?
-
They establish early on that it’s Harley telling the team up story so part of the fun is seeing it come together through her crazy brain (which gets overly convoluted at times). Harley gets the most because of that, but Renee close behind, and loads for Cass and Laurel.

I HATED Suicide Squad and enjoyed this! A couple people after mentioned that this was the movie they’d hoped SS would be in terms of tone and execution
