Really happy with ladder grind not mattering. Qualifiers having some other incentive besides grind til you win one is important. Should still be rewarded for doing well but not winning. Happy with conquest being gone but don't want the new format to reflect ladder.
on the flip side I love competing and hate traveling, they certainly can't please everyone
For sure. I generally skip out on local events like Firesides/Locals etc but love competition and social aspect of majors. I think things like Dreamhacks and Pax will still happen so going to 3 isn't a deal breaker for me if everything else is fine.
I hope 3rd party tournaments are still embraced in the shift. I love hosting and admining events for all my Hearthstone fam, and I'd love to keep having opportunities/excuses to travel and get together.
