    Submit paper in INDUSTRIAL track. Reviewer: “It would be better if the authors could release the proposed tool ... for replication purpose” destroying economic befit to us and customer confidentiality in the process. We chose the industrial track to avoid this...

    Nah. Open source is everywhere because it has been fully assimilated into neoliberalism as a cost-saving measure. If open source had truly won, computing resources would be fully socialized and the world's information infrastructure wouldn't be dependent on for-profit companies.

    Over the last 25 years, open source has grown from a fringe, academic activity to powering the infrastructure of modern civilization. Today, the world runs on open source.

    Fantastic! So now all the EU needs to do for a deal is forget about its own interests and red lines, roll over and party like it's 1899 and the British Empire is still the world's nr. 1 superpower. Easy!

    C++ question: Wanting to wrap "int A::foo(int x, B **out_param)" in macro/template such that "auto x = CALL(ptr_to_A, foo)(42);" becomes possible. I found but can this be done without using any function pointers (currently there's one in call_wapper)?

    It blows my mind that as a country the UK about to jump off a cliff because people ignored by the rich were told by the rich that the EU was causing them not being rich - and no one I know is even talking about it anymore. The constant media barrage has left people brexhausted.
