Love the idea but Pike/Pine is an important East/West corridor in a city that has too few. I’d love to see it if were shifted north or south by just a few blocks.

How will deliveries and load-outs be handled for the restaurants, bars, stores, and performance spaces on that block? There is no other entry option.
