    So proud to be an acquaintance of you at rehabilitation, reducing reoffending has to underpin everything we do in prison. The support you guys offer is invaluable to sealing our work and the offender journey.

    The ex offender gaining a New Life is our absolute focus.Changing peoples lives for the better ,many of them lifted out of poverty is a gift & a is the core of our business & we are proud to be leading the way here in Yorkshire

    Rule number 1 when interviewing nervous and unsure ex offender for job(often from a life of crime & poverty)Tell them “I am no better than you , I just had a more fortunate start in life ” No engagement,belief or trust = No buy in = One hell of a struggle

    Many thanks to all of our Specials & Volunteers working with to help keep our communities over the festive period. You are all amazing

    A big thank you to everyone who assisted the Bradford District last night. 3 of my Specials stayed on for a 1500x0500 tour with myself and , an extra 5 bobbies available to dispatch made a world of difference within the City Centre.
