Consider that you might find the use of emotive language a detractor because you've been taught that emotions are bad, and that you've been taught that emotions are bad because they're 'female-coded'? Our rage is valid.
What can be done with the rage? How is it converted into a set of material actions and requests and are directed to enable change? Al proposed Richard step down immediately, what else is to be done? How is the request framed and communicated? Who sends it, to whom?

Ali, I am not saying that. I am questioning how something could be undertaken to remedy the specifics of the situation. For example send a public request to the foundation with a set of specific requests. What actions are to be taken?
