He’s not imposing any belief on his following there. He just gave him a pass. You’re the one imposing your ideas on your audience by creating a false dichotomy.

And I can agree with that. He’s probably not considering a giant picture of political impact when tweeting with that following during this specific time, but I’d give him the benefit of the doubt and assume idiocy above malice.
