Yes and no. The culture is inconsistent on usage and “consequences”, but putting ALL the blame on culture is irresponsible because diction is a personal choice. The reason I have a problem with this is that ceroblast was certainly aware of the consequences of dropping the gamer bomb on a public forum with their name on it. Regardless of the real morality of it, it's irresponsible to use it in their situation and then go blame th blk cmty
