If that’s not what your intention was then attributing motive is just arrogance. Clear up the misunderstanding and go about your day.
I wish more people could process this the same way instead of immediately taking offense
this works for small groups of friends but if you're in a room / discord with 100s of people then you're not necessarily gonna know when you've created a misunderstanding, people could witness and learn from your actions without you ever knowing about it
