A ton of people kept pointing out that this looked like a SLAPP. I finally looked it up and it feels EXACTLY like what they just did to me. They posted a threat in ill-faith (Not DM’ing or emailing while still having me blocked) and told me to take it down with a warning of costspic.twitter.com/4DtkkiXd7G
They did this all without addressing any real criticism beyond Bishop’s position (which is not publicly available) and can’t even prove how my statements have been libelous in nature. TL;DR If they go through with this further, I don’t think it’d be hard to win.
