After Effects is a shitty program but also better than most programs in its class IMO The combination of plugins, pre-comping, adobe integration and time remap are great features, sure most people are casual editors, but even so I feel people could benefit a little from them
I only have the packaged for Photoshop and Audition. Sony Vegas is as complicated as my cup of tea goes, but I always recommend AE for serious editors.
After effects would go well with your videos on the presentation side. There’s a couple really helpful plugins which are basically drag and drop, but honestly I’m impressed by the current videos as they are
I tried it a long time ago, but after I got the sapphire plugins for SV, I kinda just stuck with it.
