Developing self-confidence is a big part of any MA/combat sports/self-defense training, but if you're actually looking to prepare yourself, this is borderline dangerous.

All I'm gonna say is, be real about your training. If you do this to get a nice workout and let off some steam, that's fair, but don't go wandering dark alleys at 2am thinking you'll be fine if this is how you train.
