This is also why I hate covering drama cuz it makes me care about people I don’t even know. Wasting all my good meme time and energy. There’s an art in satire and I’m wasting it being pissed off.

I’m gonna pull back on the politics a little bit. I need to focus on growing my brand as a comedian and all these angry posts are diluting the laughs. I’ll try to make my rants on here funnier to match my content. Just wish there were bigger people speaking up on dumb smash shit.

It's the curse of caring enough about certain topics that you think need to be addressed Even you're bringing it up with the intention of hoping things get better, people will just write you off as "omg all this guy does on Twitter is complain" Honestly not worth it sometimes

Getting political if you're trying to grow a wide audience as a comedian is pretty risky, because you become known for that, take Jimmy Kimmel for example: Actually can be funny sometimes, but he will forever be known as "the funny trump joke man".

Politics only really seems to make everyone involved extremely angry which is why I stay away from it. I've already got anger problems as it is and I don't need to make it worse til I can fix whatever tf is wrong with me first.
