It's definitely not a stretch to call this homophobic at all? He implied being gay was bad enough to be considered an insult, and then used the ugliest word he could think of to make the point? You telling me if he called a white guy the N word that it wouldn't be racist? Smh.

I want to insult someone so I'm going to call them something i think is bad. I use a slur that refers to a specific group of people as my insult. Therefore it is clear I think that that certain group is bad enough that a comparison is insulting. It's not rocket science.

It could be not that he thinks the people in that group is bad, but that you know the word is an insult to use. I doubt black people using the n word are racist when they use it as an insult I mean homophobic or not i think we can all agree wishes is acting like an asshole here
