To me it depends. The not mobbing people part is 100% facts but the whole age debate doesn't matter in this situation more than others. Remember Zomba and his "n word" situation? They told him he's stupid but gave him pity because he's 13. Bocchi on the other hand 1/2

has multiple offenses with this kind of stuff so it's hard to give her a saving grace time and time again. And 14 imo is when you start having these social learning capabilities. I could be biased though since I developed mine when I was 13 which seems pretty early.
