I lost like 10 followers for being open about my politics but fuck it. My beliefs are the only reason I’m able to make a joke with confidence so I might as well say em with the same confidence. I can only stomach so much far left rhetoric before I throw up.

IMO the problem is when politics meets popular culture. Breeds a lot of "normies" who stop at article headlines and suffer from confirmation bias. A lot of people that talk about politics and vote don't even actually look at the policies they're voting for/talking about.
