They regulate “hate speech” which is not a legal term in America because it falls under free speech. Using that as the marker, they restrict something as subjective as hate while America only restricts the words that directly call for violence.

Words have the power we give them. I’m not going to in turn give that power to the authorities. If you choose to be offensive then do it. If you don’t then don’t. Not gonna play god and put words and ideas in people’s heads.
