I’m talking to multiple people jackass. I’ll amend that he was arrested rather than jailed, but that doesn’t change the impact of issue at hand. Also if they’re a part of the UK you’re just arguing semantics. That doesn’t change my statement

No it isn't semantics. They're fully separate legal systems with different laws and and separate judges which aren't compatible as two are common law and one is civil law.

I didn’t say there wasn’t separate law. The sentence says “people have been jailed [Redacted to Arrested] for jokes in the UK.” Is that not in the UK?
