Well, to be fair, the amount of work that goes into editing something of that scale that (potentially) is 2+ hours long with the same (or better) quality you'd see out of one of his smash montages could take up quite some time. It's a little more complicated than mashing clips
An edit from his montages is on some dubstep shit. This is people talking about Brawl. There’s only so much editing that’s necessary
While that's true, if you're using effects along the same spectrum that still takes work. If it were like a 5 min video, you don't have to worry about flow as much. To really make everything come together in an artistic way could take that much time with 1 person.
All I do is edit videos by myself in my free time. I know for a fact that he should be able to have the events laid out and potentially edited a 1/4->completion by now if he was serious and he’s 10x better than most people at edits in this community. What does he have? An outline
