Yes, "basically all women coming out about abuse" get harassed for it. That's all he said. Whether or not they might be lying, they absolutely should not get harassed for coming out about abuse. I'm not sure why that's a hot take.
They consider harassment as a line of questioning. So unless that’s agreed upon, there’s a fundamental misunderstanding in your interpretation. “Victim blaming” is a common blanket term for that as well.
