I feel like they're reasoning for it being anonymous makes sense to them since they're just and "advisory" panel. They suggest to TO's to enforce their rulings so it's up to the individual TO's who is banned in the end. Then any TO's who don't follow their suggestion can get hate
From what I was explained, the TO’s signing on IS an agreement to follow the decision of the representatives. Except for the representation isn’t appointed by the people so it’s an ass backwards government.
