I would only say that it shows that the ability to involuntarily commit someone for mental health treatment needs to be easier. Too many people go to therapy, get released and short time later kill themselves. And would be alive if there we keep at the facility.

You can’t force someone to want to change and be held against their will. If we made that “easier” we’d be forfeiting the rights of the individual.

Honestly I was surprised I didn't see much of the view pushing sooner, this is really the first thing I've seen of it. Why do people need to turn tragedy into agenda pushing?
