Update on the Omni vid, the proceeds are going to charity. I snapped after seeing he monetized a video too. This is a nitpick, but I think just giving your own money or running a donation drive is a much better way to give back. Took till 7-8min to hear that. Make it clear
yo hot take on this actually, I honestly think it’s hard in good faith to say that the proceeds from a specific video are going to x charity, but problem with that is then you’re “monetizing a tragedy” IMO stigma around what can be monetized in good faith is stupid
