An accusation is not a sentence nor is it a verdict. Anyone can accuse anyone of anything. Stop believing shit before a judge does. It’s arrogant to assume you know someone’s actions/motivations with little to no evidence. https://twitter.com/onlymalachite/status/1140085356177645568 …

How is that worse? You do know that Kavanaugh was proven innocent correct?

Tech I'm in general on your side in these things but you can't say stuff that ain't true. his second and third accusers DID admit to lying but the case with the original accuser was dismissed due to lack of evidence. So it's pretty impossible to say 100% whether he did it or not

yeah and that's the problem, we have no clue, so there's no point in convicting him for being guilty when there's literally no proof aside from 1 very incoherent accusation from 20 years ago. Innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around my friend.

Yeah that's what I'm saying. But he also wasn't "proven innocent." Because there's not enough evidence to say Ford was lying either. Honestly to me it seems like someone DID assault her I just don't think it was kavanaugh.

Yeah he wasn't prove him innocent but that doesn't matter. We treat him as innocent because he didn't have the burden of proof, someone made the claim against him, therefore they have to prove the claim. He didn't have to prove anything since he made no claim.

Bud I agree he should be treated as innocent. But the claim was "he was proven correct." Which is just what I'm responding to. I'm criticizing Tech here because I like him and I think his general principal here is correct. But saying stuff that isn't true doesn't help the case.

How do u PROVE that a baseless claim is false? 1. Lack of evidence 2. Witnesses who can’t corroborate (admit its false) 3. A motive She pushed an entire narrative when he was going to be appointed to the Supreme Court. There was no place, when and why.
