This is why I won’t be a Smashtuber or identify as one. Whenever there’s hype, it’s squeezed to its absolute limits with almost 0 substance. The lack of variety and genuine entertainment is boring. Reaction videos to me are just cringe inducing click bait.

Make something you can be proud of or that adds value. That’s what content creation is to me at least.

I get why people enjoy it. It’s your favorite people freaking out in front of a camera over the release, but this trend of videos is just indiscernible from every other one on the same topic. Larry actually makes me laugh cuz he’s added a spin on his, but it’s normally uninspired

Seems like a weird point of criticism, but when your job is to entertain people you need to think about that. I wouldn’t review a minute long video of me screaming and think, “Wow, this is the most entertaining shit I’ve ever done.” Be creative
