Leffen grew up and changed his behavior when he was vanned from his locals. Dare moved to a different state when he was banned to continue his bad behavior elsewhere

What does that have to do with an objective look at a different region? You’re bringing up old beef of people that hate each other.

Because this objective look ignores continued past behaviors that would warrant this ban in the first place. He's bending the truth and his previous behavior to paint him in the best light possible so he can get unbanned without acknowledging or changing his behavior
