This piece of garbage keeps stealing my videos. I am getting tired of having to do copyright claims each time. @YTCreators @TeamYouTubepic.twitter.com/rlpvQy496Q

To me this needs to be fixed. Someone actually created a channel using my name and all my content. The fact I had to painstakingly go through the copyright violation process took time and energy I could have used for making a video.
I had a bot or something do the same. It uploaded hundreds of my videos. Only after countless claims and month past it was finally banned or deleted. But it took a long time.
Agreed. It's ridiculous. I bought a screwdriver kit from Amazon (tech kit for fixing computers). One that is sold everywhere. Someone claimed it was a copy. With no come back, my video got deleted and I got a strike so couldn't stream for 3 months. The kit is still on Amazon.
Sadly, you guys are much less of a legal threat to Google than any of the music industry juggernauts. Litigation is their middle name.
