    One very cool client. Katherine became a pilot 30 years ago after her brother gave her a $5 introductory lesson coupon In the air, the instructor tested her moxie concluding she’d make an great pilot. She flew Cessna 172s. She also plays harpsichord

    FB business page still not up. Had another support chat w/ . Said they’re working on it but ‘no timeline for fix’! FB believes it’s related to bus. accounts. Curious...if you’ve had issue do you have a linked business account?

    Does Facebook have the proper internal systems and controls to be the engine for so much of the economy? No way. Search “Facebook admin” on twitter. Please check this out

    3. Finally got a support chat going with FB by using another page I manage. Person could do nothing but put in a request “to have team look at it.” Rec’d email to expect a respond in 3-5 business days. Request was made yesterday. With weekend that means outage possibly one week?!

    2. Only way to get support is thru your business account which is a non starter when the reason you need support is because you don’t have access to your business account.

    Day 2 of no admin access to our business page. Issues: 1. Despite the many accounts effected, no public word from FB. Apparently we have all built businesses on a platform with no communication re outages. This presents huge counterparty risk.

    Dear : your customers are asking how to request support for lost accesss to business page when only way to get support is through business page you don’t have access to.

    To add insult to injury, after losing admin access to acct, just billed my credit card for an ad that ran on a different business page set up with separate credit card. c'mon Facebook!

    Oh gosh seems like it's a Facebook bug that they just take your admin rights if your page away .... Srsly Facebook why... Found several with the same problem... and the contact formulae for "hacked pages" don't work .... great Facebook great

    Lost admin access to business page! Bam. Just gone. Facebook support sees no admins on my account. One hour with support and the answer is it will take 3-5 business days to look into it. Today's Thursday...
