Just to confirm, are you able to change your subscription feed to 'Most Recent' by tapping the drop down menu at the top of your feed? Let us know if that works!

Thanks for the screenshot! Make sure that they're opted-in to receive all notifications. The default setting is to receive notifications occasionally. Here's a guide to help check that plus the app and device level settings: https://goo.gl/giVA8o
