@TeamYouTube you guys have any troubleshooting tips for picture freezing constantly? Worked flawlessly the past 4 months, it’s been extremely rough the last couple of days though.

Hey! Thanks for the response! I am using primarily my Samsung Smart TV. Although all my devices seem to be sketchy with the service lately whether I’m at home or on the go. Obviously the TV at home is the most frustrating haha. Netflix, Hulu stream perfect, even the DVR freezes!

I am not able to remove the app from the TV, it's now listed as a "primary app" according to Samsung and does not allow deletion.

I have narrowed it down to my Samsung TV, and whatever the heck the rep had me do to my TV has made it 1000x worse to where it won't even play now! :( lol
