@TeamYouTube streamed perfect at 1080 for several months, now very choppy unless switching to 720. Happened once before and fixed itself. Streaming to twitch is smooth. Any help?
Hmm, can you share screenshots/more details of this issue? It can help us investigate further.

Sure :) Streaming from obs at 1080 with these settings produces a choppy stream for viewers. These settings worked great on YT several months. Same settings on twitch now is good. Switching output to 720 canvas, lowering bitrate on YT produces smooth stream.pic.twitter.com/C8KFywKf7o

also, once uploaded and processed, the choppy portions look much smoother. So it's just when streaming 1080 that viewing is choppy. Same settings/rig since summer 2017. Issue occurred a few months ago and resolved itself after a few days. This has been ongoing

in video manager while still 'processing' is choppy. Once processed, looks good.

runs much better on "normal latency" "low latency' super choppy but have used 'low 'latency' and even 'ultra low' for several months with smooth results
