@YouTube I have problems with videos in 60 fps. It feels like they have "hiccups"! The video pauses for half a second every 10 seconds! How can I fix this?

I'm using Chrome (It's updated) and I don't have that problem with just one video. Every 60fps videos I'm watching have "hiccups" :/

Does this happen across browsers/devices? Also, you could try resetting the chrome settings to default: https://goo.gl/2A4mDT . Let us know if this helps!

It doesn't happen on my PS3, my phone or my tablet. It only happens on my computer. I set Chrome's settings back to default and it did nothing, except logging me out of all my favorites websites and deactivating adblock and the "google mail notification"...
