Hi @TeamYouTube please can you help. I have a @SamsungTV and each time I watch @YouTube via the built in app, each time an advert plays the tv crashes and I have to restart the app. Any ideas please? #YouTube #SamsungTV

Just to confirm, have you tried resetting the app on the TV? Also, try restarting the device & see if that fixes the issue. Keep us posted.

Thanks for the reply, yes I have restarted the device and reset the app. I have even set the ip settings to 8888 and 8844 with no affect. It’s very irritating as you can imagine.
