We are campaigning this indie video and sent out a bunch of launch material before we realized this was happening. Now we feel stuck because if we reupload we are going to lose current # of views and have to resend out of 5,000+ links

It is borked (sorry for the term) on Chrome/Edge in: 144p, 240p, Auto 480p, and 720p It, strangely, plays beautifully on 360p and 1080p in Chrome/Edge. It freezes up on Mobile but plays a little better than on desktop.

Could you try clearing the browser cache and cookies? Does this happen in an Incognito mode or a different browser? Also, if you are trying to view it from the app please try reinstalling the app. Let us know if that fixes the issue.

This is largely fixed for all impacted videos. It's 100% fixed for all new videos recently uploaded. We're working on getting this fixed and will keep you updated!
