Could you try clearing the browser cache and cookies? Does this happen in an Incognito mode or a different browser? Also, if you are trying to view it from the app please try reinstalling the app. Let us know if that fixes the issue.

None of these work - problems similar to mine are being reported on this video by multiple people including myself

This is largely fixed for all impacted videos. It's 100% fixed for all new videos recently uploaded. We're working on getting this fixed and will keep you updated!
