That's odd! Try reuploading from a different browser or in Incognito mode. Let us know if that fixes the issue.

Hi, when I tried to re-upload it I got "The video is a duplicate of a video you already uploaded." Is there no way of keeping the original video since we shared it on social media?

We are aware of the playback issue, for previously uploaded videos and are actively working to fix this. All these videos will be fixed soon but it's hard to say an exact time right now. Appreciate your patience in the meantime.
