Dear @Youtube, so where can I find the total watched minutes on my channel? I can find the numbers for the last 28 days, but not for the total?
You can change the date range by clicking on the calendar button at the top of the Watch time report page. Also, select from preset time frames, such as the last month or year. See this for more info: https://goo.gl/3qXcDQ

Yes, in order to keep monetization enabled you'll need to maintain 4k watch hours every 12 months.
