@TeamYouTube if we have less than 1000 subs and we are getting kicked from the partner program will we still be able to make custom thumbnails?
To clarify, you need not be a part of YPP to use the creator features like custom thumbnails and live streaming. You just need to have a verified account: https://goo.gl/3iMkBG
