I love Youtbe with all my heart, and I will continue to support and respect your decisions as best as I can, but I cannot respect a decision that will end up ruining the starting careers of fresh, young talent, who already feel too afraid to live up to big names on Youtube.
We carefully considered this in the decision making process and believe this change is the best compromise to protect our community. Small channels can still benefit from many tools/features and grow their channel.

That still doesn't make things any easier on those who wish to pursue careers in content creation, Youtube is a growing global community so there is going to be more small channels to compete with one another for the same goal, which leads to a big decrease in how many get big.
