@YouTube if you’re going to suspend monetization on small channels please at least allow us to keep the tools that we already had access to, including custom thumbnails and the ability to schedule videos.
Those features haven't been a part of YPP and will still be accessible. Any creator can live stream, schedule uploads and upload custom thumbnails irrespective of being a part of YPP. Hope this helps clarify!
