Yes I do but I'm not big youtuber to get 1000 subs and 4000 hours for past 12 months in like 10-15% from what you want from me now and idk why

If YTA shows >4k hours of watch time in the past 12 months and 1k subscribers total then you received the email in error. Sorry for the confusion! So long as you meet the threshold by the Feb 20th date, you won’t be removed from YPP.
