Not true at all. Smaller channels do not earn anything back now. They do not have targets anymore to grow. Because every time they met target you raise it again. At the moment even 100-1000 dollars is big money to smaller channels to keep up their work.

The bigger channels rank higher. More should have been done for the smaller channels operating correctly. Smaller channels just got discriminated.
