Noticed a new problem with the video player.
If you use the seek bar a tad bit too much ((over 3-5 times sometimes)) The video freezes but audio and the seek bar continue as normal.
Its not my internet either. I've checked.
We'd like to help! Which device and browser are you using? Can you share screenshots and additional info to help us look in to it? Thanks.

I'm afraid a screenshot wouldn't help since the video would already be frozen. However on laptops and phones (multiple brands) and on chrome and other browsers this seems to happen. I don't know why.
