Yes, only monetizing channels in YPP have access to Creator Support. We’ll do our best to answer your question, or point you to the best resource. Just tag us if you need help!

the decision you guys made yesterday will only discourage people from using youtube. right now i feel like giving up on youtube. it is very hard to get views and watch time then you tell me i have 30 days. its not easy and the money is motivation. think the new policy not kool.
