Smaller channels can still grow and be discovered–monetization doesn't impact how videos appear in search or how they're promoted/recommended across YouTube. Also creator features and tools like cards and end screens, custom thumbnails, live streaming, etc are all still available
Creator features like live streams, custom URLs, scheduled uploads (and many others!) are not going away with the YouTube Partner Program update. Can we still use the Creator Academy after the 20th? I like getting advice and it’s fun to learn about what you guys think makes you do well on Youtube.(plus, I mean, it’s all about how to grow your audience which is incredibly helpful for creators wanting to be monetised)

Thanks for letting us know. Just to confirm again, are you looking in YouTube Analytics in the watch time report? It defaults to minutes, so make sure you're looking at "hours" instead. Keep us posted.

Do you have to have meet both criteria or you can reach 1000 subscribers and be eligible or you need both watch hours and subscrition??

Good question! You'll need to have both 4k watch hours in the past 12 months and 1k subs on your channel to be eligible for YPP. Hope this helps clarify!
